This is a Design-Build Project which will include improved access between the Hunts Point Peninsula and the Sheridan and Bruckner Expressways. The work for this project involves rehabilitation of the Bruckner Expressway between Barretto Street and Hunts Point Avenue, which includes reconstruction of the new superstructure and ramps, a new pedestrian bridge at Bryant Avenue, reconstruction of the ramps at Sheridan and Bruckner Boulevards, and various street intersection improvements.

Scopes of work available for subcontractors for this project include, but is not limited to: Office Rental/Set-up, Porta John Service, Progress Cleaning, Dumpster Services, Temporary Rodent Control, Site Safety Manager, Community Outreach, SOE & Demo Design & Engineering, Site Surveying, Site Borings, Pre and Post Construction Condition Survey, Geotechnical Instrumentation & Monitoring, Progress Photos & Time Lapse Video, Soldier Pile/Temp SOE Supply & Installation, Foundation Piles/Micro Piles Supply & Installation, Asbestos Survey, Asbestos & Lead Abatement, Air Monitoring during Abatement, Rebar Supply & Installation, Steel Erection, SIP Forms & Shear Stud Installation, Protective Shielding Installation & Removal, Bridge Painting & Touch-up, Protective Sealing & Anti-Graffiti Coatings, Concrete Curb/Sidewalks/Barrier, Concrete Repairs, Grinding/Grooving, Sawing & Sealing, Saw Cutting & Core Drilling, Guiderail/Bridge Rail/Fencing, OH Signs & Structures, Cleaning & Video Inspection of Drainage System, Site Utilities, Trucking, Contaminated Soil Testing & Disposal, Milling, Paving, and Tack Coat, Landscaping, Pavement Markings, Bird Repellent System, MPT Supplies, Fuel Supply and other related items
