BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting bids from Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) subcontractors for the Modernization of Building L Music Wing project.

The project consists of the modernization of Building L Music Wing. Work includes removal of concrete tiered seating decks, new interior partitions, replacement of HVAC system, new lighting, and all new interior finishes. Associated site work includes new concrete stairs, ramps, and walkways with updated utilities.

The project area is located at 11761 Ridge Road, Grass Valley, CA 95945.
