R&R Horn Contractors, Inc. is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, Tree Removal, Concrete, SWPPP, Signs, Grading, Electrical, Cathodic Protection, Fencing, Bolted Steel Tank, Coatings, Tank cleaning and disinfection, photovoltaic power systems and all trucking and supply of materials.

This project is subject to "Use of American Iron and Steel" provisions of the "Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014," H.R. 3547, Title IV.

R&R Horn Contractors, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required for full amount of subcontractor price. All subcontractors must be licensed and have liability insurance and workers compensation insurance meeting R&R Horn Contractors, Inc. requirements.
