This project is Non-OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The work under this contract consists generally of replacement of existing sluice gates, settlement removal, dredging, structural repairs, upgrade of existing electrical system, repair of existing culverts, replacement of existing bar racks, SCAD system, communications upgrades and related Work at the header room of the World Trade Center River Water Pump Station and vicinity thereof underneath Battery Park City Esplanade.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, Diving Services, Dredging, Asbestos Abatement, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, rebar installation, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, mechanical/plumbing, and electrical.

The Minority Goals are
MBE: 20.0%
WBE: 10%
SDVOB: 3%
