This project is Non-OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The work under this contract consists generally of milling and paving of the roadway leading up to the South Ferry Dock. The project also requires a portion of the eastern dock to be rebuilt. New Pedestrian railing, benches, and bicycle racks will be installed.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, rebar supply, rebar installation, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, pavement marking, milling, and asphalt paving.
