The Work includes an addition to an existing school campus consisting of a five single story wood frame, slab on grade buildings, off-site and on-site development. We are requesting all trades. We are requesting subcontractor bids from DVBE certified subcontractors and suppliers for the following trades including but not limited to: surveying, demolition, concrete, rebar, concrete suppliers, trucking, masonry, steel, rough carpentry, Insulation, roofing, doors and windows, plastering, gypboard, tile, flooring, protective wall panels, painting, signage, toilet and bath accessories, specialties, food service equipment, earthwork, paving, and pavement marking, site utilities, chain link fencing, landscaping and irrigation, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication and security.

Subcontractor Bond Requirements: It shall be the responsibility of each subcontractor submitting bids to BMY Construction Group, Inc. ("BMY") to be prepared to submit a faithful performance and payment bond or bonds if so requested by BMY covering 100% of subcontractors' contract amount.
BMY will pay actual bond premium amount up to 2% of the subcontractors' contract amount.
Subcontractors submitting bids will be required to execute a BMY subcontract agreement without modifications upon award. A copy of our subcontract agreement is available for review at BMY's office (5485 E. Olive Ave. Fresno, CA 93727) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Plans and specifications can be viewed at our office or on our online plan room.

By submitting a bid the subcontractor acknowledges that they have reviewed the schedule and their proposal reflects the time frame and dates stated for the performance of their work."
