This project is NON-OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The work under this contract consists generally of the improvement to the existing structural condition of the exterior of the Complex and extend the lifetime of the exterior walls and windows. Replacement of the existing AC and one DC electrical panels will also provide for a more efficient work environment that will improve production by ensuring that safe and adequate distribution of AC power is provided throughout the Complex. This project will replace all the obsolete and deteriorated windows in the Complex. Repair the exterior wall brickwork throughout the Complex.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, rebar installation, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, Structural Steel supply & installation, Furnish & install Windows, Masonry & brickwork, Painting, Mechanical & Plumbing, and Electrical.

The Minority Goals are
