This project is OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The work under this contract consists generally of the construction of a new two-unit underground substation with all ancillary facilities including ventilation flues, ingress/egress stairways and connections to the tracks, inclusive of new substation equipment with all required and associated power, communication, control, supervisory systems, and all associated cabling and hardware. Additional work includes the relocation of existing utilities and installation of new manholes, property line boxes (PLBs), cable ducts and associated feeder cables, and Surface restoration Work.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, furnish & install Secant Piles, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, rebar installation, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, Structural Steel supply & installation, Painting, Asphalt paving & flatwork, Landscaping, Furnish & install Pavement Markings, Mechanical & Plumbing, and Electrical.

The Minority Goals are
