The project generally consists of rehabilitation of the Pineland Water Plant including piping modifications, chlorination equipment, renovation of existing building, and new hydropneumatic pressure tank, installation of approximately 68,986 LF of new PVC waterline varying in size from 4" to 10" including all valves, fittings, and necessary appurtenances, and other miscellaneous items of construction. Alternate bids include rehabilitation of the King Cemetery Plant including a new ground storage tank and a new hydropneumatic pressure tank, a new natural gas generator at the Pineland Water Plant, and rehabilitation of a ground storage tank.
