Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor and material supply quotes from qualified and certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms (including MBE, WBE, SBE, SBRA, LSAF, & HUB). Item for the project includes, but is not limited to; demo, surveying, staking, dewatering, SWPPP, earthwork, hydroseed, trenching, fencing, traffic control, painting, misc. piping, HDPE pipe, AC Paving, AC curb, manhole, filter fabric, concrete, rebar, misc. metals, structural steel, striping, pumps, valves/fittings, bypass pumping, sump pumps, waterproofing, clearing & grubbing, davit crane, generator, fiber optic, electrical, instrumentation, trucking.
The Project may be funded in whole or part by the U.S Department of Agriculture Rural Development (USDA), EPA through the California State Water Revolving Fund (CSWRF), which requires compliance with American Iron and Steel, Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates requirements and Build America Buy America (BABA). Project Description: The project includes: constructing a force main extending from the San Juan Bautista WWTP to the Hollister Domestic WWTP, installing a new Primary Pump Station, making improvements to the existing influent pump station to serve as the Storage Pump Station, making improvements necessary to drain the emergency storage basins, demolishing existing San Juan Bautista WWTP equipment, installing a Chemical Feed System, site grading, yard piping and electrical and instrumentation. The Engineer’s estimate is $14,400,000.
