The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC) has contracted Lendlease as the Design-Builder for the Shirley Chisholm Recreation Center in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
This state-of-the-art facility will encompass approximately 65,000 square feet and provide numerous options and amenities to promote education, recreation, and physical fitness. It will also be LEED Gold certified and feature a green roof. The Center is intended to serve as a hub for community events and outreach programs.
First-tier contractors must obtain Lendlease prequalification.
This project is subject to the 2020 City Wide Renovation Project Labor Agreement.

All MWBEs must be certified by New York City or New York State.
