Valentine Corporation is seeking certified DBE, subcontractors, suppliers & truckers for quotes including, but not limited to, the following scopes of work.Traffic Control, Traffic Control Equipment, Construction Area Signs, PCMS, Temp Signals, SWPPP, Erosion Control, Clear & Grub, Demolition, Temp Fence, Signage, Fencing, Striping, Asphalt Paving/Grinding, AC Dike, Excavation/Backfill, Utility/Drainage Trenching, Alternative Pipe Culvert (APC), Structural Concrete, Rebar, CIDH/Drilling, Structural Steel, Painting/Coating, Concrete Flatwork, Barrier Rail, Midwest Guard Rail, Signage, Street Sweeping, Trucking and Off hauling, Landscaping, Electrical, Concrete Pumping, Material Supply, Joint Seal, Rumble Strip, & Equipment Rental, and other required work and trades.

Bonds may be required, if so Valentine Corporation can assist. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting Caltrans requirements and will be required to sign the standard Valentine Corporation Subcontract Agreement.
