SWA IS A UNION SIGNATORY CONTRACTOR AND SUBS SHALL BE REQUIRED TO BE OR TO SIGN AN APPROVED ONE TIME TERMS/CONDITIONS AGREEMENT. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING AT OUR OFFICE OR CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE OWNER’S WEBSITE.
