Piazza Construction is seeking the use of MBE and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the job: 12" steel casing pipe, temporary fencing (type ESA), temporary railing (type K), elastomeric bearing pad, construction area signs, traffic control system, flagging, portable changeable message signs, water pollution control program, biologist, 36" corrigated steel pipe, permanent erosion control establishment, tree planting, class 2 AB, joint seal (MR 1/2"), bar reinforcing steel, paint bridge identification, geocomposite drain, ASTM type 15 asphalt-felt roll, midwest guardrail system, cable railing, concrete barrier (type 742) 4" thermoplastic traffic stripe, 24" CIDH concrete piling, lightweight aggregate (lava rock).

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current DBE certification with proposal. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, with a minimum limit as defined within the contract documents, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
