Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group is seeking civil engineering design services from a DBE-certified firm to prepare signing and striping plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate (PS&E) for the City of Atwater’s Pedestrian Improvement Project Phase 4, which includes 15 high visibility crosswalks, 1,040 feet of red curb paint near the crosswalks, and replacing existing Stop bars and legends.

30% Plans & Estimate have already been prepared and comments have been provided by the City. DBE Firm would incorporate 30% comments from City into the plans and prepare 90% Signing and Striping PS&E for the City’s review. Upon receipt of 90% comments from City, DBE firm would incorporate comments and prepare final stamped and signed PS&E for bidding. DBE Firm would also provide QA/QC plan check of entire plan set including sidewalk, curb ramps, and drive approaches at the 90% and 100% level.
