FOR THE FOLLOWING SCOPES OF WORK:

Drywall, Framing, and Insulation

Plans, specifications, and any other pertinent bidding documents will be available electronically on the Building Connected Website the week of September 05, 2023. Contact Enole Ede-Bumpus at our office number above to be added to the Building Connected solicitation for the project.

The Drywall and Framing scope is scheduled to begin in December 2023.

A non-mandatory job walk will be held on September 13, 2023, at 9:00AM PST. Please RSVP your attendance to Enole Ede-Bumpus by 9/11/2023.


100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required for amounts over $50,000. Any subcontractor that cannot provide Payment and Performance Bonds for this project can contact our office at 925-494-9700 to discuss available options. Workers’ Compensation and Waiver of Subrogation will be required by all Subcontractors.
