RX Lodge is currently looking for Certified DBE/MBE/SBE/WBE subcontractors/suppliers who can provide the following services/supplies for the above-mentioned project:
Traffic Control, PCMS, Erosion Control, Survey, Trucking, Rip Rap Supplier, Articulating Concrete Supplier
Your company MUST be certified with an entity that has the authority to certify MBE/WBE/SBEs. One such entities is the State of California, Department of Transportation. Plans and Specifications are available in our Estimating Office located at 3930A Pacheco Blvd, Martinez, CA 94553 or by calling 925.303.4100. RX Lodge is signatory to Operating Engineers & Laborers. 100% payment and 100% performance bonds in the amount of the subcontractors bid will be required from a qualified surety company. Bonding assistance is available. RX Lodge will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. In addition to bonding assistance, subcontractors are encouraged to contact RX Lodge Estimating with questions regarding obtaining lines of credit, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies, or with any questions you may have. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage. RX Lodge will break down items of work to facilitate DBE, MBE, SBE, WBE participation.
