SCOPE: Design-Build Guaranteed Max Price Project.
Demolition of existing Building K and construction of new Building K at the occupied Oak Grove High School.
*NOTE: Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical have already been procured and are not part of this bid.

PLA Required â€" with Skilled & Trained Workforce Requirements / Prevailing Wage Required / 5% Retention / See Extract from DB Agreement for Insurance Requirements â€" note higher limits if your bid is over $500K and include cost in your bid(s)
RFI Deadline is Friday 9/15/23 by 5PM / Duration 485 CD’s/ $1,000 per Cal. Day - Liquidated Damages
2 Year general warranty duration
Non-Mandatory (but highly recommended) pre-bid site visit is: Wed 9/13 at TBD (time to be announced via Procore).
A Schedule, Trade Packages and an RFI Q&A Log will be provided via Pre-bid Clarification from Procore.
