Seeking MWSBE/DBE/PDBE certified businesses to provide quotations for the City Hall Annex Parking Waterproofing Project.
The scopes of work/City of Houston NIACS codes we are looking for pricing on are:
238110 Concrete repair
238390 Waterproofing contractors
238990 Brick paver (e.g., driveways, patios, sidewalks) installation
332999 All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing
444180 Building materials supply dealers
562991 Portable toilet renting and/or servicing

The bid submittal is scheduled for September 21st at 10:00AM CST. We request that you submit your proposals to us no later than September 20th at 5:00PM CST on the items of work or materials that your company is certified to supply or perform. Please email your quotation directly to tlong@restocon.com and bids@restocon.com. Your quote must conform to all requirements of the bid documents, including but not limited to the plans, general provisions, special provisions, specifications, and contract for construction of the owner/agency (including addenda thereto) and follow all federal, state, and local laws. Please note, this project has special rules and requirements. Ensure you read the documentation and contact Restocon if you have any questions regarding these requirements.
