Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposal from ALL TRADES.

The work consists of a new single-story, wood-framed, slab-on-grade classroom wing and related site development.

Prevailing Wages shall apply.

Drawings and Specifications may be obtained from the Architect - Mangini Associates, Inc.

Sub Bonds may be required for subcontracts over $100,000. Please include your Bond Cost / Bond Rate as a separate line item on your proposal.
