The work consists of installation of concrete walkways, safety barriers around the JAO building, ADA ramps, steps and handrails, perforated piping, and other modifications of the Joint Administration Office (JAO) building main entrance. The Contractor shall remove pavement markings and paint new markings. The Contractor shall remove asphalt paving and install new paving. The Contractor shall modify existing landscaping area and install new concrete planters with plants, and all appurtenant work.
