KDC Inc. is bidding this project as a Prime Contractor. Project Scope is: Construction of a new Technology and Health Building. The project program includes Food Services, Division Offices, Tech Ed Resource Center + Career Advancement, General Classrooms, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Architecture/Industrial Design/Manufacturing, Computer & Networking Technology/Electrical, HVAC/Welding, Public Safety Program, Health Careers Resource Center, Mental Health, and Nursing, Radiological/Respiratory, and Aero/AIRT.
We are actively seeking sub-bids from qualified & certified DVBE subcontractors for the following trades: electrical excavation, electrical suppliers, telecommunications, FA, CCTV, security, code blue phones, access control, and assisted listening devices. DVBE Goal is 3%.

SAC site at OpenGov Link: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/mtsac/projects/57360 or you can send a request of interest in the Project, and we will send the plans/specs. Your quote should be sent to our office by one day prior to the bid date/time. The project is a Prevailing Wage job and the firms must consider all items related to prevailing wage terms. All must be a UNION CONTRACTOR. Firms must possess and maintain a current contractor license, insurance, and worker compensation coverage during the project.
