Project Details

Seeking MWBE certified businesses to provide quotations for the Guilford County Govenment Plaza and Parking Deck Repairs (REBID #2). The items which we are seeking quotations for is as follows, according to the NC electronic Vendor Portal Construction Codes are:

01500 Temporary Facilities and Controls
02900 Planting
03300 Cast-In-Place Concrete
05500 Metal Fabrications
07100 Dampproofing and Waterproofing
15400 Plumbing Fixtures and Equipment
16500 Lighting

The MWBE goal for this project is 15%, although we are always seeking to exceed this number.

The bid submittal is scheduled for October 12th at 2:00PM EST. We request that you submit your proposals to us no later than October 10th at 2:00PM EST on the items of work or materials that your company is certified to supply or perform. Your quote must conform to all requirements of the bid documents, including but not limited to the plans, general provisions, special provisions, specifications, and contract for construction of the owner/agency (including addenda thereto) and follow all federal, state, and local laws.
