CVE is seeking SBE and DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the prime project Wasco Farm Labor Camp Hazardous Materials Abatement for: Hazardous material, debris haul off, construction materials and supplies, and hazardous materials abatement supplies.

We encourage all subcontractors and suppliers to submit pricing, even if the scope of work is not mentioned above, we welcome all proposals from all certified firms.

XVIII. SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION, DISABLED VETERAN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE , Small Business Enterprise AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTITY PARTICIPATION GOAL This Project is subject to Small Business, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise, and Disadvantaged Business Entity participation goals in compliance with State and Federal Law. There has been a thirty (30) percent SB utilization goal, which includes a ten (10) percent DBE goal or a three (3) percent DVBE participation goal. All goals are calculated based on total contract dollars.

A. The Contractor commits to meet or exceed the overall thirty (30) percent SB utilization goal.
B. The Contractor commits to meet or exceed a three percent goal for DVBE participation. Only State of California OSDS certified DVBEs who will perform a commercially useful function shall be used to satisfy the DVBE requirement.
C. The Contractor commits to use good faith efforts to reach an overall ten percent race neutral goal for DBE participation.
