Subcontractor's must possess a current Contractors License, and Provide General Liability, Auto and Worker's Compensation Insurance meeting the minimum required by Soracco and will be required to submit a waiver of subrogation. Subcontractor's will also be required to sign a Subcontract Agreement and/or Purchase Order if necessary. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Please call if you need assistance in obtaining insurance, bonding, equipment, materials and/or supplies. Soracco intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project.
