The rehabilitation of an existing 30-unit housing complex. The scope of work includes new landscaping and irrigation, modification to the tot-lot, and approximately 400’ of sidewalk repairs. The removal and replacement of 6 metal access doors. Dry rot and stucco repairs in various locations throughout the property. The addition of MERV 13 ventilation systems in the residential units. Hearing and visual upgrades in one unit. Modifications to the community building, including removal of flooring, replacement of cabinetry and countertops, new appliances, and repainting.
