Ragnar Benson LLC, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking certified DBE/SBE for subcontracting and vendor opportunities for Palmetto Railways Camp Hall Rail - Phase 2 from south of Springwood Road to Ranger Drive.

Ragnar Benson, LLC is requesting quotes from certified DBE/SBE subcontractors and suppliers in the areas of Track, Survey, Traffic Control, Clearing, Grading, Bridge, Stone Base, Asphalt, Milling, Striping, Signs, Drainage, RipRap, Fence, SWPPP - ERS Control, CIP - Box Culvert, Earthquake Drains, and Trucking

The utmost consideration will be given to dividing total requirements into smaller activities or quantities, which will permit maximum participation where feasible. Subcontracts will be awarded based on price and ability to perform work.

Bid Documents: Please base your bid proposals on the available documents and provide separate clarifications for any work that does not appear to be included in the documents but is necessary for a complete project. Proposals Are Due on Monday, December 11th 2023 by 2:00 PM (PST). Proposal submittal requested prior to our bid submittal to PR on Thursday, December 14th 2023 to allow for review and final bid preparation.
