KJL is bidding as a prime contractor on the Taxiway A (South) And Taxiway B Rehabilitation to the County of Schenectady on 12/21/2023 at 1:00. KJL is actively seeking and encouraging Certified New York Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Disadvantaged Owned Business Enterprises as well as any other interested subcontractors and/or suppliers, to submit quotes on this project.

All subcontractors interested in working on this contract must have a certified NYS Apprenticeship Program.
