Project Details

The Contractor shall possess required Class “A”, license at the time of contract award. Engineers Estimate: $55,000. Scope includes repaint, refurbish all listed surfaces in the bid item description and shown in the photo‐documentation exhibit; to include all surface preparation, procurement of material, and application of all material. Scope of work also includes repair of building sidings and gutters, reinforcing stairs and pouring new concrete landing, and seal cracks in concrete, and all other items listed in the bid item descriptions and shown in exhibits.
