The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (District) is releasing this Request For Proposals (RFP) to solicit bids from qualified entities to prepare and deliver a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP) and Status Report consistent with the requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) program. Please see Attachment #1, “Scope of Services” in the RFP for additional information on services required and the Sample Contract in Public Purchase for sample contract terms and conditions.

All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using Public Purchase by: 5:00 p.m. PST on Sunday, January 7, 2024. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
