Ray’s Electric is requesting written quotations from qualified DBE and Non-DBE subcontractors and vendors for the above-named project. The work shall include traffic control, staging of the work, erosion and sediment controls, storm water pollution control, clearing and grubbing, demolition and off-haul of existing improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, asphalt pavement, concrete walkways and driveway conform, asphalt concrete sawcut and removal, traffic signal modification, pavement striping and marking removal and installation, replacement of existing improvements, and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, the Special Provisions and as directed by the Engineer. Engineer’s Estimate is between 3,000,000 for the base bid plus additive bid 1 and DBE of 21%.
The Construction shall conform to the Standard Specifications and Standard Plans, dated 2018 issued by the State of California Department of Transportation, and the Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates in effect on the date the work is accomplished and the most recent Standard Plans of the City of Concord including latest Addendums and Revisions-Applies to Special Provisions. This Project is subject to the “Buy America” Provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982 as amended by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991.

NOTE: Please include your DIR registration and Contractor License Number with your quote no later than 12:00 AM on December 14 2023, so that all quotes may be evaluated equally.
