The work under this contract consists generally of construction of concrete and steel decks above the existing approach roadways to the Lincoln Tunnel; site work including excavation, grading, removal of existing retaining walls, and furnishing and installing curbs and pavement markings; modifications to existing parapets and sidewalks; furnishing and installing storm water detention tanks, storm water site connections, electrical services, closed circuit television system, changeable message signs and supervisory control and data acquisition system; maintenance of traffic and work area protection; and related work at Dyer Avenue between W37th Street and W39th Street and the vicinity thereof, New York, New York
