We are seeking subcontractor and supplier quotes for the Washington Middle School HVAC Replacement Project - BP-01 Demolition and Abatement. The scope includes the abatement and demolition for the replacement of unit ventilators, air handlers, and make-up air units in multiple buildings.

Possible trades needed include hazardous material hauling, trucking, equipment rental, and material suppliers.

BCSD has a DVBE goal of 3% for all projects. All DVBE subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to submit a proposal.

REI is non-union and accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
