We are seeking subcontractors for: Demo, Abatement, Grading, Asphalt, Landscaping, Masonry, Steel, Rebar, Casework, Rough Carpentry, Roofing, Insulation, Sheet Metal, HM Doors & Frames, Glazing, Store Front, Automatic Sliding Doors, Drywall, Plaster, Ceramic Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Wall Coverings, Paint, Signage, Toilet accessories/partitions, Roller Shades, Wheelchair lifts, Fire sprinklers, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Low Voltage, Security, Fire Alarm, Autio Visual Systems, Underground Utilities, Cleaning Services, SWPPP,
Scope of Work:
Renovate classrooms and computer labs. Modernize the Instructional Technology in Bldg 51 & 55. Revise striping on parking structure, restroom upgrades, structural upgrades and renovation of seating in lecture halls.
