Well drilling, surface casing drilling, temporary power, grouting, video logging, well development, test pumping, water quality sampling and testing, site restoration, seeding and mulching, silt fence, well disinfection, electrical junction box and conduit, test pumping, conductor casing, casing, well screen, pump, pump cable, motor and any other portion as described in the specifications.

The fair share objective for this project is 1 % MBE's and 4 % WBE's. In accordance with the Guidance for utilization of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises requirements of 40 CFR §33, Hydro Resources is
Including disadvantaged businesses on solicitation lists;
Assuring that disadvantaged businesses are solicited whenever they are potential sources;
-Dividing total requirements, when economically feasible, into small tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation by disadvantaged businesses;
