This project is OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The East Yaphank Station Project includes a parking lot with a fifty (50) space capacity, a two -car platform with Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) compliant access, a platform shelter shed, a kiss-and-ride loop for drops offs (accessible by bus), illuminated bollards, benches, a bike rack, and landscaping.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, Asphalt paving, concrete supply, concrete reinforcement supply and installation, Landscaping, Electrical, Miscellaneous metals supply & installation, Precast concrete slab fabrication, and painting.

The Minority Goals are
MBE: 15%
WBE: 15%
SDVOB: 6%
