Michels Trenchless, Inc. is seeking proposals from Diverse and Qualified Small Business Contractors to perform various construction activities for the above referenced project.

Areas of work available for subcontracting include but are not limited to:

1. Fencing
2. Pipeline Construction
3. Paving
4. Welding
5. Cathodic Protection Services
