Project Description: The existing electrical building is in disrepair and critical need of replacement. The building, along with the existing constant current regulator’s and other electrical equipment, will be replaced with updated facilities and equipment to match the existing as well as future needs of the airport. A back-up generator will also be installed to prevent outages during emergency situations. E.E $1,292,800.

Items for the project include, but are not limited to:
Subcontractors / Suppliers: SWPPP, pre-engineered building, misc. metals, cast-in-place concrete, concrete, rebar, electrical, generator, instrumentation, trenching, aggregate base, chain link fencing, and trucking.

Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor and material supply quotes from qualified and certified Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) firms. There is a 10% DBE goal for the project. All firms are encouraged to participate. The Project may be funded in whole or part by the DOT and FAA Funds, which requires compliance with Buy America, California and Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates, DBE compliance, and 49 CFR Part 26 requirements. Please consider working with other DBE firms for large scopes of work. Please contact APEC for assistance with bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, or materials. EOE.
