Myers & Sons Construction, LLC is seeking DBE Subcontractors and Suppliers to bid on an upcoming project with County of Mendocino, Ackerman Creek Bridge Replacement, DOT Contract #200093/Federal Project #BHLS-591(081), Bidding on 4/25/2024 at 2:00 pm PST, with a 17% DBE goal. General work description: Bridge replacement on existing alignment with approximately 650 linear feet of roadway reconstruction with HMA over AB and approximately 600 feet of cold plane and any additional work outlined in the plans & specs. All items are available to bid on including, but not limited to items normally Myers & Sons would self-perform: Lead Compliance Plan, SWPP, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System(s), Signage, SWPPP, Erosion Control, Clearing and Grubbing, Landscaping, All Excavation, Bridge Removal, Rebar, Imported Borrow, Rock Slope Protection, Striping, Railing(s), Asphalt, Joint Seals, Fencing, Construction Materials, Trucking, etc. and all items found on plans & specs. Requirements: 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance meeting Myers & Sons Construction's requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign the standard Myers & Sons Construction, LLC Subcontract Agreement. Quotations must be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days after the specified Contract Award Date by the Owner.
