We are seeking quotes for all relevant subcontractor and supplier bids for all applicable trades such as but not limited to: earthwork, demolition, paving, concrete, mechanical, finishes, electrical, low voltage, bathroom accessories, roofing, insulation, sheet metal, doors, glass/glazing, etc. Project scope includes the abatement and removal of existing administration portable building. Construction of a new 2,600 SF administration building. Student restroom renovation. Site work. Plastic laminate countertop at reception counter (alternate one), asphalt in lieu of concrete at Main Entry (alternate two), and wall tile in lieu of FRP at Staff Restrooms (Alternate Three).

The district has a goal of 3% of the overall contract value to be by DVBE certified businesses in California.
