Project Description: Re-constructing the existing recreation trail at Casa Verde and installing other intersection and traffic signal improvements at the intersection of Del Monte and Casa Verde. The work shall include, but not be limited to, removing existing pavement; new pavement for the realigned bicycle trail; modifying median islands; reconstructing curb returns to allow joint pedestrian and bicycle traffic; modifying traffic signals to accommodate dedicated left-turn phasing on Casa Verde and a Leading Pedestrian Interval (LPI), realigned crosswalks and lane geometry modifications; installing storm drain improvements; and new streetlighting. E.E $1,612,132
Items for the project include, but are not limited to:
Subcontractors / Suppliers: SWPPP, traffic control, traffic signs, pavement markings, earthwork, landscaping, hot mix asphalt, aggregate base, plastic pipe, 12” RCP Pipe, concrete curb and sidewalk, storm drain catch basins, storm drain manholes, electrical, and trucking.
Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor and material supply quotes from qualified and certified DBE firms. There is a 21% DBE goal for the project. All firms are encouraged to participate. Subcontractors need to be aware that this project has both California and Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates, Buy America requirements, and GFE requirements apply for all subcontractors. Please contact APEC for assistance with bonding, lines of credit, or insurance, necessary equipment, supplies or materials. EOE.
