Project Description:
Construction of two each 2.5-million-gallon prestressed concrete tanks within the footprint of the existing Levine Reservoir on Grand Street in Paterson, NJ. Project to be built in multiple stages. Construction and removal of temporary lined berm required to allow interim reservoir capacity during contract. Construction of Chemical Feed/Utility Building on site. Historic restoration required of existing concrete obelisk fence posts and rock retaining wall.

Scopes of Work (but not limited to): Water Tank Construction, Water/Utility Piping, Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC, Roofing, Surveying, Asphalt Paving, Electrical, Architectural, Fencing, Clearing/Landscaping, Concrete Repair, Milling, Rebar etc.
