Scope includes but is not limited to: The modernization of existing cosmetology department, restroom modernization, accessibility upgrades, exterior canopy replacement, and removal of mansard roof.

This project is subject to a SLDBE participation goal of 20% - please note if your firm is: DBE, SBE, MBE, WBE, DBE or DVBE and if you are Local (Solano County) on your bid in bold!

PLA Required / Prevailing Wage Required / 5% Retention / Include in your bid the costs for all required insurance in General Conditions 00 72 13 Section 13 / RFI Deadline to Owner is 7/3/24 by 2 PM / Duration Dates 8/26/24 to 5/30/25 / $3,500 per Calendar Day - Liquidated Damages / MEP&FS and General Subcontractor Prequalification is NOT required to bid / There will be a site visit on 6/18/24 @ 11AM (not mandatory for subs, but recommended) / 1-year general warranty

New as of 1/1/24: New California Air Resource Board or C.A.R.B. requirements apply to all subcontractors with equipment on-site. current certificates of compliance from the Air Resource Board’s D.O.O.R.S. website and compliant equipment on-site will be required/collected/and monitored at all times by Alten on-site staff.

Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project, but you are required to include the cost for all required insurance in your bid.
