Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking subcontractors and suppliers for the Pioneer Elementary School Campus HVAC System Upgrades. The general scope of work is selective demolition and abatement. Potential trades/suppliers needed include trucking, hazardous waste hauling, equipment rental, and materials. The Bakersfield City School District has a goal of 3% utilization of DVBEs.

REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit a proposal.

REI is non-union and accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
