Project Description: Construction of an electrical facility, emergency generator and appurtenances, duct banks, boxes, wiring, electrical appurtenances, civil site improvements and all other additional work as needed to construct a complete and operational project. E.E $19,073,000.
Items for the project include, but are not limited to:
Subcontractors / Suppliers: surveying, concrete, cast-in-place concrete, precast circular concrete manholes, concrete masonry, structural steel/misc. metals, rebar, steel decking, metal fabrication, rough carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, thermoplastic sheet waterproofing, roof specialties, vegetation green roof system, stainless steel doors and frames, painting and coatings, storm drainage piping, earthwork, asphalt concrete paving, curbs cutters and sidewalk, PVC gravity sewer pipe, irrigation system, dewatering, electrical, instrumentation/controls, generator, and trucking.
Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor and material supply quotes from qualified and certified DBE’s including SMB/WBE/LSAF. All firms are encouraged to participate. Subcontractors need to be aware that this project has the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), and California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) Grant Requirements. Subcontractors must also follow Davis Bacon's prevailing wage rates, California Air Resources Board (CARB) for approved In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleet Regulation.
