The Project includes a complete rehabilitation of the existing Glendale Pumping Station. The civil/structural work is inclusive of concrete repairs, coatings, fencing, bollards, and new pavement. The architectural work is inclusive of new signage and painting. The mechanical scope includes replacement of slide gates, pumps, valves, and piping. The electrical work is inclusive of new power connections, lighting, and controls.

Scope of works included: furnishing concrete, furnishing and installing concrete reinforcement, furnishing and installing miscellaneous metals, standing seam roofing, fencing, signage, Asphalt paving, electrical, mechanical, and painting.
