E.E. Gilbert Construction is requesting bids from certified DBE, WBE, MBE, SBE, and DVBE Subcontractors and suppliers for traffic control, trucking, drilling, shoring, rock slope protection, tieback anchors, reinforcing steel, Midwest guardrail system, end anchors, flared end terminal system, and striping.

The project generally consists of the construction of a 100-foot-long CIDH retaining wall, a 100-foot-long concrete waler and the installation of horizontal ground anchors in both. Construction will include the following work activities: structural concrete, minor concrete, shoring, temporary structures, earthwork, pier drilling, erosion and sediment control, roadway paving, striping, a new drainage system, traffic control, guardrail installation, and rock slope protection.

Any subcontractor performing work on the job is required to be registered with the Dept. of Industrial Relations. Please take into account when quoting the project: Prevailing Wage Rates, Certified Payroll, and Insurance Requirements.
