The Work includes construction of an ADA compliant ramp and stairs to provide formal access leading to NYBG's East Entrance Gate. The new ramp will consist of concrete pavement, concrete curbs/ curb walls, and handrails. The new stairs will consist of concrete steps and curbs, asphalt pavers at the landings, and handrails. Other new features include asphalt pavement, pedestrian ramp, park security lighting, drainage, and plantings.

Scopes of work included: furnishing concrete, furnishing and installing concrete reinforcement, Landscaping, Rodent Control, Asphalt paving, miscellaneous metals, and pavement markings.
