SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from all qualified vendors, subcontractors, service and material providers, including all certified WBE and MBE for the following items of work per plans and specs, including but not limited to: WPCP, Traffic Control, Construction Area Signs, Concrete, Trench Sheeting & Shore, 12" to 30" Storm Drain Pipe, manhole & appurtenances, Catch Basin, Tree Removal, Water Main & appurtenances, aggregate materials, asphalt paving & Striping & trucking.

Scope Includes: replace deteriorated or undersized Storm Drain Facilities at various locations including Churn Creek Road and Harpole Road, Victor Avenue, Placer Street, Wilson Avenue/Belladonna Street easement and Masonic Avenue. Fairway Avenue and Robert Court will be Additive Alternates as shown on the plans.

SnL Group, Inc. is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation. MBE & WBE can no longer self-certify, and firms must be certified at bid opening. MBE/WBE Firms must provide CASFR proof of MBE/WBE certification from: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), The Small Business Administration(SBA), The Department of Transportation's State implemented DBE Certification Program (with U.S. citizenship), Tribal, State and Local governments, and/or Independent private organization certifications. If an entity holds one of these certifications, it is considered acceptable for establishing status under the MBE/WBE Program.

All Subcontractors onsite with diesel equipment must be registered and provide proof of In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleet Regulation, DOORS Certification.

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California, DIR www.dir.ca.gov (https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/Prevailing-Wage.html).

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project. General Liability, Auto and other insurance as required pre the Project Specs.

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examine ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents
execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
