Project Description:
The Work of this Contract, as defined in greater detail by other provisions of the Contract Documents, consists of a new recreation building, new exterior restroom building, new picnic pavilion, and site work improvements, including a new playground, veterans memorial plaza, pathways, site utilities, and stormwater management.

Construction Contract:
In accordance with Section 135 of the New York State Finance Law, commonly known as the ‘Wicks Law’, Lump Sum Bids shall be received for the following Multiple-Prime Contracts:
1. Contract 1 - General Construction Contract (GC).
2. Contract 2 - Mechanical (HVAC) Construction Contract (MC).
3. Contract 3 - Electrical Construction Contract (EC).
4. Contract 4 - Plumbing Construction Contract (PE).

In Person Pre-Bid Meeting:
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 9AM at the Town of Bolton Town Hall located at 4949 Lake Shore Drive, Bolton Landing, New York, 12814, with a project walk-through immediately thereafter at Veterans Memorial Park, 5034 Lake Shore Drive, Bolton Landing, New York 12814.

Virtual MWBE Pre-Bid Meeting:
Two Virtual MWBE Pre-Bids are scheduled for Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 9AM or Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 9AM. If interested in attending, please contact me at tlarson@thelagroup.com for a Teams Meeting Invite. If neither of the times specified work for the MWBE, an alternate one on one Virtual MWBE Pre-Bid Meeting may be scheduled with tlarson@thelagroup.com at a time that works for both parties.
